In 1977, Manfred Schneider and a partner founded the IDEMA company. Over the following years, the company continued to grow consistently and was able to establish itself firmly in the market, led by Mr. Manfred Schneider alone.
In 2005, Ms. Diane Schneider entered the company management. Since then, she has guided the fortunes of the company together with her father. Successful management is no longer a matter of course today - IDEMA provides a model for securing future business.
This is an important criterion for the employees and a big plus for the Idar-Oberstein site, to which the company management feels obliged for reasons of tradition.
